The staff at the reception were extremely kind and helpful, giving us a warm welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay, providing excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We enjoyed the relaxing sitting area and terrace, offering a great view of the surroundings. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful retreat, allowing us to have a restful sleep. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drinks. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the AM/FM alarm clock helped us start our day on time. The dining restaurant served delicious meals, and the in-room breakfast was a convenient option. The bar/lounge area had a great ambiance, and the breakfast picnic area provided a lovely setting for outdoor dining. The staff were attentive and accommodating, catering to our dietary preferences with special diet menus. We also appreciated the variety of leisure facilities available, including the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the on-site car park made our stay hassle-free. The luggage storage and 24-hour reception ensured that we had a convenient check-in and check-out process. This place truly exceeded our expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.
